We aim to deliver to you within approximately 5 working days, although this can take longer for some items, so if you need your package urgently please let us know when you place your order.

Orders are despatched via Royal Mail or DHL and proof of postage is obtained.

In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers (excludes wholesale) may cancel or exchange their order contract by returning the order to The Candy Spa within 7 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale. We will then refund the full value of the goods less the original delivery charges, as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.
All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and The Candy Spa do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to The Candy Spa within 7 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. The Candy Spa reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. All of our products are copyright and legally protected worldwide. We will seek out and prosecute anybody who tries to reproduce our recipes, products, designs and & creations we will also “name and shame“ them through worldwide media. We feel very strongly on this matter and will not tolerate any “copyright infringement”. General Product Information TOP
Please read the product information on the label of each product. Please note our products are for external use only, and not to be eaten. We ask you to keep out of reach from any child that may mistake it for food etc. All items are handmade and hand cut to order, therefore are weights approximate.
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the ingredients, please contact The Candy Spa and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If you are prone to skin allergies, The Candy Spa. suggest that you do a test patch before using a product. If you have any medical concerns about using our products, some of which contain essential oils that should not be used when pregnant, lactating or with certain medical conditions, please consult your medical practitioner. Essential oils should not be used under the age of 6.
Some of our products are topically applied natural remedies believed to assist in the healing of everyday injuries and common ailments. These products should NEVER replace the advice of a professional medical doctor or specialist. The Candy Spa offers no guarantee (expressed or implied) that these remedies will work for you. Our products ARE NOT MEDICATIONS, nor are they considered medicated cosmetics.
The Candy Spa. reserve the right to change the appearance, packaging, and scent, or withdraw any products at any time.
Storage: products should be kept in their original packaging and stored away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures such as a radiator, window or open door as some products can fade, deteriorate or sweat if left in direct light or heat. As products are handmade and hand cut, slight variations in colour, size or scent may occur between batches. As required by law: TOP
We are required by law to carry the following warnings/information - The safety of our product range has been certified, and insured. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. As with any skin care product, if rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
All of our products comply with current EU Regulations.
All ingredients & end products have been certified as safe by a Toxicologist.
All fragrances are purchased from the UK & comply with IFRA Regulations. |
